While I focus on shaping our company's future by building strong relationships within our community; I started out at the bottom, installing floors and learning the nuances of every trade—but when you start at the bottom, the only way to go is up! Of all my achievements in founding this business, creating a supportive, family-first culture with everyone working as a team is easily my proudest. Nothing beats staying involved with clients, seeing a finished project come to life, and hearing their glowing feedback.

When I'm off the clock, I enjoy golfing, fishing, and working on horticulture projects around my house. I also have a keen interest in psychology, which always comes in handy whether I'm connecting with people or just trying to figure out why my golf ball didn't go where I wanted it to!

Designing and refining processes across every area of the business, I focus on creating solutions that genuinely elevate our daily operations and client experience. Whether collaborating with clients, vendors, or teammates, the strong family dynamic here makes every project rewarding.

Outside of optimizing workflows, I enjoy helping start-ups find their footing and spending time with my dog. My career journey actually started in a juice concentrate packaging facility, where I learned early on to always keep my feet moving—a habit that served me well in each stage of my career growth.

Years of collaborating with clients and subcontractors have turned me into a true jack-of-all-trades. There's nothing quite like watching a project come together to bring a client's vision to life, and doing so within a warm, family-like culture makes coming into work every day a joy.

My eye for quality started with my very first job detailing vehicles, which gave me a lasting appreciation for paying attention to the finer details. Outside of work—and when I'm not running my side drywall business—I love escaping into the wilderness to reset. You'll usually find me outdoors, whether I'm taking my side-by-side out on the trails or putting my race car on the track!

I focus on gathering accurate estimates and securing competitive pricing to set every project up for success. Nothing beats the satisfaction of signing a new contract, knowing that all the behind-the-scenes effort is laying the groundwork for something brand new. Best of all, I get to do it alongside a team that truly feels like family.

My work ethic was shaped during my first job at Publix, where I learned early on that hard work and dedication never go unnoticed. Outside of the office, I stay active in my community teaching Sunday school and leading adult Bible study. When it's time to relax with friends, you'll almost always find me by the water—if there's a beach nearby, that's exactly where I want to be!
