Inside the Studio: Our Process from First Call to Final Walkthrough

We get a lot of questions about what actually happens between the first phone call and the day we hand you the keys, so here's the short version.

Step one is a walkthrough and consultation — we look at the space, talk through your goals and budget, and follow up with a scoped proposal.

Step two is design and selections: layout, materials, fixtures, and a firm timeline, all locked in before demolition starts so there are no surprises mid-project.

Step three is construction, with a single project manager as your point of contact throughout — no chasing down subcontractors yourself.

Step four is the final walkthrough, where we go room by room before calling the project complete.
